Shipping within the continental United States is available at a flat rate of $5.95 per order. Shipping on orders over $150 (during some sale seasons it may be even less) is FREE - no code needed! Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All packages are shipped using either USPS Priority Mail^{®. or}  UPS. Domestic deliveries arrive in 1-5 business days, depending on the package destination. 

This shipping estimate does not include the 1-2 business days needed for order fulfillment. 

We are not responsible for packages being delivered to communal mailboxes after it is confirmed delivered by the shipping company. 

Canada and international shipping

Shipping to Canada is calculated based on the destination address, size, and weight of your package. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order and will not be covered or reimbursed by Fame on Central. Orders shipping to Canada are non-returnable, as specified in our return policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All packages are shipped using either UPS Ground or DHL Services. Deliveries arrive in 2-10 business days, depending on the package destination. 

This shipping estimate does not include the 1-2 business days needed for order fulfillment. 

We are sorry to no longer offer shipping to Israel. The customs fees are incurred post purchase and can be high.

In-Store Pickup

Fame on Central offers an in-store pickup option for local customers that can be selected during checkout in place of the shipping option. When your order is ready for pickup you will get an email letting you know. If you did not receive the email, it means your order had not been fulfilled yet. Your return needs to be back in the store within 2 days from when you received your pickup confirmation. You have up to 14 Days to return your items for a store credit.

Shipping Errors

We take full responsibility for all packages from when they ship out until they are confirmed by the shipper as being delivered. Once we have confirmation of delivery, we will not take responsibility for any thereafter, including items being "undeliverable as addressed", "post box not found" or unattended deliveries being stolen.

Returned Mail

When items are returned to our facility for undeliverable reasons such as incorrect address, the customer may choose to be invoiced $9.95 for the package to be re-sent. Alternatively, the customer may choose to receive a refund minus our shipping costs on their order.

Free Exchanges Available — Easy returns within 3 days for refunds or 14 days for store credit. We hope you love your purchase! If not, we've made returns and exchanges simple.

We now offer free exchanges to help you find the perfect fit. Simply visit our returns portal to start your exchange. You'll receive:

• A free prepaid return label to send back the item that didn't work
• Free shipping on your replacement item

Return Window

• Refunds: Return requests must be submitted through our return portal and shipped within 3 business days of delivery
• Store Credit: Return requests accepted up to 14 days from delivery
• In-Store Returns (Lawrence): Must be returned within 3 days of delivery for a refund (no portal required)

Please note that purchases made at our retail locations are subject to a different return policy than purchases made through our website.

In-Store Purchases:

• Returns for a refund are accepted within 2 days of the purchase date.
• Returns for store credit or exchange are accepted within 3 days of the purchase date.
• Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with proof of purchase.
• After the applicable return period has expired, returns, exchanges, and store credits cannot be issued.

• Unworn
• In original packaging
• Folded properly
• With original tags attached
• Approved through our return authorization process
