Shipping Policy

 

United States 

Shipping within the continental United States is available at a flat rate of $8.95 per order. Shipping on orders over $150 (during some sale seasons it may be even less) is FREE - no code needed! Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All packages are shipped using either USPS Priority Mail®. or  UPS. Domestic deliveries arrive in 1-5 business days, depending on the package destination. 

Please note that due to the current situation with regard to Covid-19, the delivery time may be extended.

This shipping estimate does not include the 1-2 business days needed for order fulfillment. 

Canada

Shipping to Canada is calculated based on the destination address, size, and weight of your package. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order and will not be covered or reimbursed by Fame on Central. Orders shipping to Canada are non-returnable, as specified in our return policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All packages are shipped using either UPS Ground or DHL Services. Deliveries arrive in 2-10 business days, depending on the package destination.

Israel

Unfortunately, due to taxes and customs, we currently are not shipping orders to Israel. Please visit a retail location to make an in-store purchase.

In-Store Pickup

Fame on Central offers an in-store pickup option for local customers that can be selected during checkout in place of the shipping option. Orders will be available for pickup 1-2 business days after they are placed. Once a pickup notification email is received, orders can be picked up at the register during our regular store hours at 419 Central Avenue Cedarhurst, NY 11516. Orders will be held for 5 business days after the pickup notification email is received, at which point they will be refunded according to our return policy. 

Shipping Errors


We take full responsibility for all packages from when they ship out until they are confirmed by the shipper as being delivered. Once we have confirmation of delivery, we will not take responsibility for any thereafter, including items being "undeliverable as addressed", "post box not found" or unattended deliveries being stolen.


Returned Mail

When items are returned to our facility for undeliverable reasons such as incorrect address, the customer may choose to be invoiced $9.95 for the package to be re-sent. Alternatively, the customer may choose to receive a refund minus our shipping costs on their order.
