Free Exchanges Available — Easy returns within 3 days for refunds or 14 days for store credit. We hope you love your purchase! If not, we've made returns and exchanges simple.
Free Exchanges
We now offer free exchanges to help you find the perfect fit. Simply visit our returns portal to start your exchange. You'll receive:
- A free prepaid return label to send back the item that didn't work
- Free shipping on your replacement item
Return Window
- Refunds: Return requests must be submitted through our return portal and shipped within 3 business days of delivery
- Store Credit: Return requests accepted up to 14 days from delivery
- In-Store Returns (Lawrence): Must be returned within 3 days of delivery for a refund (no portal required)
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn
- In original packaging
- Folded properly
- With original tags attached
- Approved through our return authorization process

All returns and exchanges must be processed through our returns portal. You will receive a prepaid shipping label through the portal.

Return Shipping Fees
- Exchanges & Store Credit: Free return label
- Refunds: Return label cost will be deducted from your refund (cost varies based on weight)
Additional Fees
- Orders over $1,000: $39.95 processing fee
- Orders over $500 (Lawrence drop-off): 5% restocking fee
Final Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Just placed your order and realized something's off? No worries. You have up to 2 hours after placing your order to make changes, including:
- Updating sizes or styles
- Fixing your shipping address
- Removing or adding items
