Return Policy

We hope that you're happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied and would like to return it, we will gladly accept your item(s) for a refund provided a return request is submitted via our return portal within 3 business days of it being delivered to you. After 3 days, any return requests through our return portal will receive a store credit up until 14 days of delivery date. If you are returning your items to our Cedarhurst location without using the returns portal, it must be returned within 3 days of delivery for a refund.

All items bought on sale are not returnable and are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be folded in its original packaging, unworn, and with the original tags still intact. Return authorization is required.

All returns must be processed via our automated returns portal (https://fameoncentral.loopreturns.com/#/) where you will receive a prepaid shipping label.

The label cost will be free if you choose to receive a store credit for your purchase. If you choose the refund option, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the amount refunded to your original form of payment. The cost of the shipping label will be determined by the weight of your return. Once you have received a return label, you have 2 business days to ship the return back to us and receive your refund. If the package is not shipped back within 2 business days of receiving the label, you will only be eligible to receive a store credit for the return.

Due to the rising costs in shipping and credit card processing fees, any returns of more than $1000 will be assessed an additional charge of $39.95 to cover these expenses.  A restocking fee of 5% will be applied to all orders over $500 that are dropped off at our Cedarhurst location.

Shipping within the continental United States is available at a flat rate of $9.95 per order. Shipping on orders over $200 is FREE - no code needed! Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All packages are shipped using either USPS Priority Mail®. or  UPS. Domestic deliveries arrive in 1-5 business days, depending on the package destination. 

This shipping estimate does not include the 1-2 business days needed for order fulfillment. 

We are not responsible for packages being delivered to communal mailboxes after it is confirmed delivered by the shipping company. 

Canada and international shipping

Shipping to Canada is calculated based on the destination address, size, and weight of your package. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order and will not be covered or reimbursed by Fame on Central. Orders shipping to Canada are non-returnable, as specified in our return policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All packages are shipped using either UPS Ground or DHL Services. Deliveries arrive in 2-10 business days, depending on the package destination. 

This shipping estimate does not include the 1-2 business days needed for order fulfillment. 

In-Store Pickup

Fame on Central offers an in-store pickup option for local customers that can be selected during checkout in place of the shipping option. When your order is ready for pickup you will get an email letting you know. If you did not receive the email, it means your order had not been fulfilled yet. Your return needs to be back in the store within 2 days from when you received your pickup confirmation. You have up to 14 Days to return your items for a store credit.

Shipping Errors

We take full responsibility for all packages from when they ship out until they are confirmed by the shipper as being delivered. Once we have confirmation of delivery, we will not take responsibility for any thereafter, including items being "undeliverable as addressed", "post box not found" or unattended deliveries being stolen.

Returned Mail

When items are returned to our facility for undeliverable reasons such as incorrect address, the customer may choose to be invoiced $9.95 for the package to be re-sent. Alternatively, the customer may choose to receive a refund minus our shipping costs on their order.
